We are officially back in town and here for good until our little girl arrives! It has been such a whirlwind couple of months, that I have to say I am exstatic to be staying put for a while. A fabulous time was had while on the Cape, and I'm so glad I had a chance to experience that part of the east coast; especially since it was such a big part of the hubby's life growing up. It was 7 days full of rest and relaxation which was exactly what I needed. Here are some pictures from our New England adventure....

I am home now for good from work, which means more free time, which means keeping up with Lemon Petals! Stay tuned for lots of great stuff ahead!

New England adventures...

Today we are off to the Cape! This is a MUCH needed vacation for us both, and we can't wait! The hubs grew up spending some of his summers there, so I'm excited to go see what all the hype is about. It's a long journey up there, but it will be sooo worth it! This is the last trip that we will take as a family of "2", which is just crazy to think about. I've hit the 32 week mark this week, which means we are only 8 weeks shy of meeting our little peanut!!! :)

Happy 4th of July Weekend Blogger Friends!!! Hope your weekend is filled with lots of patriotism, cookouts, beach/boat time, good friends & family...and of course, an extra day off work to continue celebrating!!!
The hubs and I are actually staying local for the long weekend and I can't even begin to express how excited I am about it. I had a few minor incidents (which I'll spare you my sob story) this past week, so I think it was a sign that I (and baby peanut) needed to take a step back and just relax...so that is what we plan to do!
